Life Science Facility Interior Construction – Uppsala, Sweden

Codex Group was contracted to perform interior installations for a 13,000 m² life science facility in Uppsala, Sweden. Dedicated to aesthetic and pharmaceutical production, the project involved installation of cable ladders, thermal and acoustic insulation, and construction of interior walls, ceilings, floors, and windows.
MSD Merck Pharma Facility – Exterior Façade Installation

At MSD Merck’s production facility, Codex Group executed the complete exterior installation of Brucha WP-F façade panels (200 mm thick) across 16 modular units and three floors. The façade covered approximately 450 m² and was mounted using horizontal installation techniques, tailored for pharmaceutical environments.

Oil Platform Construction – Global Offshore Living Quarters

Over the past 16 years, Codex Group has contributed to multiple offshore construction projects for clients including BP, Total S.A., Siemens, Shell, Statoil, and ExxonMobil. We were responsible for the complete interior and exterior outfitting of living quarters totaling over 15,000 m², including staircases, wall and ceiling frames, windows, insulation, and custom stainless steel installations. Notable projects include Martin Linge, Johan Sverdrup, B.P.T.T., and Champion 7.
MS Color Fantasy – Cruise Ship Interior Renovation

Codex Group executed a comprehensive renovation project aboard MS Color Fantasy, focusing on public and crew interior spaces. Work included demolition of existing structures, floor leveling, new tile installation, epoxy grouting, and renovation of the coffee area, wellness center, nightclub, offices, and dining areas.
Disney Wish – Cruise Ship Interior Outfitting

As part of the Disney Wish vessel construction, Codex Group completed specialized interior outfitting for common guest areas. Our scope included installation of wall and ceiling frames, as well as decorative panel systems in three key public zones, demonstrating our attention to detail in high-traffic hospitality environments.
